From the very beginning, it is important to me that we establish a robust trust relationship and develop a mutual understanding of the overarching objective for our work together, - no matter whether we engage in a coaching or consulting relationship.
Based on my education and experience I can revert to a wide repertoire of tools and methods. In coaching mandates, I prefer to work with the resources which you bring to the table. I will also challenge you to grow. In doing so, I pay close attention to the needs and constraints of each individual, and I come with a non-judgmental mindset. In classic consulting mandates for organizational development, I freely share my experience and know-how and jointly work with you on tailored solutions which are influenced by the maturity level of the respective individual, team or organization.

Since 2008, I have coached, mentored and advised corporate leaders and high potentials. In addition to several certifications and trainings, my coaching and consulting work is particularly influenced by my education at INSEAD Business School. I graduated with an Executive Master and with distinction in "Coaching and Consulting for Change" in 2013.
